🗳️ 60% of South Asian American voters back Democrats for Congress!
A new national poll from Indian American Impact (conducted by HIT Strategies, Sept 18–26, 800 registered voters) finds 60% of likely South Asian American voters plan to vote Democratic for Congress, vs 22% Republican. 25% of those who voted for Trump in 2024 plan to vote Democratic this time.
The poll also finds 90% have faced discrimination or know someone who has. Texas is home to 700,000+ South Asian residents — nearly 100,000 registered South Asian voters did not vote in 2022.
